1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Research Access Labs are intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory research, in vitro studies, and analytical applications by qualified researchers. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic use, or any application outside a controlled research environment. By purchasing you confirm that products will be used solely for lawful scientific research.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that your intended use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Regulatory Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, handling, and use of any product complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Research Access Labs makes no representation that any product is approved for any specific use or is legal in every jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to know and follow applicable laws before ordering.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are submitted as purchase requests. Research Access Labs reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Payment instructions are provided after order review. Cryptocurrency payments receive a 5% discount as noted at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Shipping
Research Access Labs ships domestically from within the United States. Free shipping applies to orders totaling $150 or more before discounts. International shipping may be available by special request and is subject to applicable customs regulations and the purchaser's responsibility for import compliance.
6. Returns and Refunds
Unused, unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. Contact researchaccesslabs@gmail.com with your order number before returning any product. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
7. Product Descriptions and Verification
Research Access Labs provides third-party Janoshik verification links for all products. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute claims of efficacy, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose. All documentation pertains to the specific batch tested and may not apply to future inventory.
8. Limitation of Liability
Research Access Labs shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the misuse of products, regulatory non-compliance by the purchaser, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Total liability in any matter shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Products are sold as-is for research purposes only.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this site or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms. The most recent version of these terms is always posted on this page.
