Ordering & Payment

How does the ordering process work?

Use our order builder to select your products and quantities, fill out your shipping info, choose a payment method (Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp), and hit submit — your email client opens with everything pre-filled. Just send the email.

We reply within 24 hours with your confirmed total and payment details. You pay after receiving our confirmation — not before.

When do I actually pay?

Only after we confirm your order. When you submit the order form, it sends us an email. We review it, confirm availability, and reply with your total and our Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp details. You don't send any money until you receive that confirmation from us.

What payment methods do you accept?

Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. When you place your order, indicate which you prefer and we'll send the relevant details in our reply.

Why don't you accept credit cards?

Two reasons: credit card processors charge 3–4% per transaction, which we'd have to pass on to you in higher prices. More importantly, payment processors routinely drop research chemical and peptide vendors without warning. Manual peer-to-peer payments keep us operating without disruption and prices lower for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — as long as you haven't paid yet. Just reply to our confirmation email with the changes and we'll update your order. Once payment is received and the order is packed for shipping, changes may not be possible.

Do I need an account to order?

No. The entire process is done via email. No account, no login, no password required.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 72 hours of receiving payment via USPS. Delivery time varies by location — typically 2–5 business days within the continental US.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. We send your tracking number immediately when your order ships. Reply to your order confirmation email if you haven't received it within 72 hours of payment.

Is shipping free?

Through June 30, 2026, shipping is free on all orders with no minimum. After that, shipping is free on orders over $150 and $9.95 on orders under $150.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently US domestic only. If you're outside the US, email us at researchaccesslabs@gmail.com to discuss whether international shipping is possible for your location.

Products & Quality

Are your products tested?

Yes. Every product in our catalog is independently verified by Janoshik, one of the most widely respected third-party testing labs in the research chemical space. COA (Certificate of Analysis) links are publicly available on each product page and on our verification page.

Where can I see the COAs?

On every individual product page, and compiled on our Verification page. All COA links go directly to Janoshik's website where you can verify the results independently.

What are these products used for?

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical applications. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic application. Purchasers must be 18 or older and confirm research-use intent at checkout.

Can you source products not listed in the catalog?

Yes — we accept special orders. Visit the Special Orders page or email us with what you're looking for.

How should research peptides be stored?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated and used promptly. Refer to the specific product documentation for storage guidance relevant to each compound.

How do I know I'll actually receive my order?

We ship every order via USPS with tracking. You'll have a tracking number within 72 hours of payment. Beyond that — our Janoshik COA results are publicly verifiable proof that we operate a legitimate, tested supply chain. We're not a fly-by-night operation; we're building a business on repeat customers and word of mouth.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

Email researchaccesslabs@gmail.com with your order number. We respond within 24 hours, weekends included, and will work to make it right.

Can I ask questions before placing an order?

Absolutely. Email us first — no commitment required. We're happy to answer product questions, discuss availability, or address any concerns before you decide to order.

How quickly do you respond to emails?
