We do not require account creation and do not store passwords.

Research Access Labs does not run advertising, analytics tracking, or third-party pixels on this site. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking services. We do not collect browsing behavior or build advertising profiles.

Your Cart and Local Storage

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage — it stays on your device and is never transmitted to us until you submit an order. Clearing your browser data will clear your cart. We also store a single local storage value to remember your site entry confirmation, which can be cleared by clearing your browser data.

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only as necessary to fulfill your order (for example, with a shipping carrier to deliver your package) or as required by law.

If you choose to pay via cryptocurrency, your payment is processed by Coinbase Commerce, subject to their privacy policy. If you submit an order via email, your information is transmitted through your email provider.

Data Retention

Order information is retained for operational and legal record-keeping purposes. You may contact us to request deletion of your information, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Order submissions are sent via email, which is not end-to-end encrypted by default. If you have specific security requirements, please contact us.
